When I called Cotton HVAC, I told them that their was something wrong with the AC. I said it wasn’t an emergency, they said they would be out in a week; however when I got home it was 89° in the house. Needless to say I called them back an said okay it’s an emergency, this was on a Saturday, they came out that day, checked the AC unit and told me it needed a compressor, I told them to order it, he told me he would order it on Monday, which he did. It came in within a couple of days and he came out the same day and installed it,, they are very professional and did a outstanding job, ac unit works great..I was so please with Dutton HVAC, this company may be small however, they did a awesome job and I would highly recommend them to anyone..so if you’re looking for a company that cares about your AC needs this is the place to go. There was no hidden charges, honest and very professional and I’m so glad I went with them..thank you Dutton HVAC…

After attempting to diagnose and fix our heater ourselves, we accepted defeat and had to reach out for help. They were able to send someone out despite the snowy and icy road conditions and get our heater in working order before the freezing night temperature set in! Chris was friendly and efficient and we weren’t charged an arm and a leg for what we felt like was an emergency situation.
