Our furnace went out on a Sunday on the first cold day of the season and the response was incredible! The technician worked in the cold doing everything he could to restore our heat. Ultimately we had to replace the old unit. We have been impressed with Dutton’s quality work, quick response, & the unit they installed thus far.
