Chris came out the day after I called with a heat pump issue at a tenant’s apartment. He was prompt, let me know when he was coming, addressed the issue quickly, and gave my husband some advice on maintenance. I greatly appreciate getting a live and compassionate voice when I call Dutton HVACC and I like to support small businesses like this. Most definitely recommend and will use again in the future when needed!

Dutton HVAC was responsive and successfully resolved an ongoing issue with our downstairs AC. Turned out we had a failing AC capacitor that needed replacement. Dutton dispatched someone on a Saturday morning and the issue was resolved. Highly recommend them!

I am so happy with Dutton HVAC. having my air conditioning stop working in 100° weather is horrible. But it was made better by how friendly and prompt service was with Dutton HVAC. Been using the company for years, just had a new system installed, EVERY last tech that has visited my place was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
