When I called they were very professional and understanding. The technician came out quickly and was very polite and respectful. He explained what the problem was and had it fixed in no time. Also, the price was better then anywhere I called! I’ll be using them again for sure.
Been using the company for years, just had a new system installed, EVERY last tech that has visited my place was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Kyle said he would arrive at 0800 and he did. In 5 minutes he determined that my thermostat was not getting power. In 15 minutes he fixed the problem at the furnace under the house. In 25 minutes he had a new thermostat installed and checked the AC outside. This young man really knows his craft. We will be using Dutton every year to check our hvac.
Our furnace went out on a Sunday on the first cold day of the season and the response was incredible! The technician worked in the cold doing everything he could to restore our heat. Ultimately we had to replace the old unit. We have been impressed with Dutton’s quality work, quick response, & the unit they installed thus far.
