I was having cooling problems with my AC. I called Dutton HVAC and I talked to LeAnn at the time of calling I did not know LeAnn was the wife of Chris which they are the Owners. LeAnn was very nice, concerned and professional in helping me get our AC up and running again. Thank you! LeAnn for fitting me in and your kindness. Mickey was the tech that came out 5/22/26 to fix my problem and he did. He was really nice and friendly which always make things better when things are not at the moment. He explained every thing as he went very nice guy, thank you! Micky for what you did for me. Micah was also with Micky training under him. Micah was very nice and polite. Helpful in every way. When I called Cotton HVAC, I told them that their was something wrong with the AC. I said it wasn’t an emergency, they said they would be out in a week; however when I got home it was 89° in the house. Needless to say I called them back an said okay it’s an emergency, this was on a Saturday, they came out that day, checked the AC unit and told me it needed a compressor, I told them to order it, he told me he would order it on Monday, which he did. It came in within a couple of days and he came out the same day and installed it,, they are very professional and did a outstanding job, ac unit works great..I was so please with Dutton HVAC, this company may be small however, they did a awesome job and I would highly recommend them to anyone..so if you’re looking for a company that cares about your AC needs this is the place to go. There was no hidden charges, honest and very professional and I’m so glad I went with them..thank you Dutton HVAC…

My AC stopped working and the Dutton’s came out and fixed it within hours. Prices are fair, and the service people are trustworthy and professional. I could not be any happier with the service!

I was desperate for help on a Saturday evening when my a/c was leaking in my living room and I had a showing of my house the next afternoon. Mr Dutton came out Sunday morning and repaired my issue at a very fair price. I was so grateful and extremely pleased with his service and response. I will definitely use them in the future!
