These guys are awesome!! We have had 3 different issues with a thermostat not working one day. Another time my wife accidentally dropped a spray bottle down then vent when cleaning it. As impossible as that sounds yes it happened but they fished it out for us. These guys show up within 24 hours if not same day. Very professional and always make us feel taken care of. Thanks again everyone over at Dutton HVAC!
Our first time using Dutton. The tech came by on a Saturday. He was very polite and quickly found the issue with our air unit. We are very pleased with the service from Dutton and plan to use them in the future.

It’s a great company and wonderful people own the company. We have had them come and fix our heat in the winter and they came and also fixed the air conditioning.
Honesty! I’ve been in and out of this type business for the past 48 years and Chris Dutton is the 1St honest heating and air business owner I have ever met, I’m sure there are others but I haven’t met them. You will never be misled on the diagnostics of your system, so many other companies only want to sell you a new system when your system can be repaired at far less cost. Chris told me something years ago and I have never forgotten it he said “ if I can’t do this and be honest about it I’ll do something else to make a living “. I have been working with Dutton’s for the past six years and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your heating and air needs!
Dutton has handled our A/C system for years. They are very reasonably priced. They are always prompt and professional. I recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Dutton HVAC repaired my air conditioner 10/5/2023. They did an outstanding job all the way around. Kyle came out troubleshooted the problem and was dead on on his price estimation. Jody and David installed replacement coil and were done very quickly. Met the office staff and she was very nice and printed me a receipt with a ten year warranty. I would highly recommend this company
