We chose Dutton based on other reviews and the fact they were a small local business. Absolutely not disappointed!! From the tech that came and gave us the quote to completely replace our current system to the techs that did the installation they were courteous and professional. They even took time to check some previous work on our ducts to make all was good. I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond at every step to insure our comfort during the install also.

Honesty! I’ve been in and out of this type business for the past 48 years and Chris Dutton is the 1St honest heating and air business owner I have ever met, I’m sure there are others but I haven’t met them. You will never be misled on the diagnostics of your system, so many other companies only want to sell you a new system when your system can be repaired at far less cost. Chris told me something years ago and I have never forgotten it he said “ if I can’t do this and be honest about it I’ll do something else to make a living “. I have been working with Dutton’s for the past six years and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your heating and air needs!

Our 26 year old system went out in the hottest week of August. Dutton HVAC came out quickly. We had to have a new unit. They are efficient, reliable, knowledgeable and left the area cleaner than what it was. We’ve used them at a previous address and knew that’s who we wanted to work on our HVAC problems.
