From the tech that came and gave us the quote to completely replace our current system to the techs that did the installation they were courteous and professional. They even took time to check some previous work on our ducts to make all was good. I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond at every step to insure our comfort during the install also.

After attempting to diagnose and fix our heater ourselves, we accepted defeat and had to reach out for help. They were able to send someone out despite the snowy and icy road conditions and get our heater in working order before the freezing night temperature set in! Chris was friendly and efficient and we weren’t charged an arm and a leg for what we felt like was an emergency situation.

10/10! My experience was great working with this local business. I was given a quote that was extremely competitive and affordable compared to the other companies that I got a quote from. Chris came out the next morning and immediately fixed the issue. He even showed me how to fix it myself in case it happens again. Due to my awesome experience, I am forever a Dutton HVAC customer!

Our furnace went out on a Sunday on the first cold day of the season and the response was incredible! The technician worked in the cold doing everything he could to restore our heat. Ultimately we had to replace the old unit. We have been impressed with Dutton’s quality work, quick response, & the unit they installed thus far. Dutton had to send out technicians multiple times for our issue, and each time, they were very prompt (usually out within 24 hours), and all of the technicians were very professional. Kyle and Jody did great work for us, and it was more affordable than what we were quoted elsewhere! They will certainly be our go-to for any HVAC needs moving forward!
