Our furnace went out on a Sunday on the first cold day of the season and the response was incredible! The technician worked in the cold doing everything he could to restore our heat. Ultimately we had to replace the old unit. We have been impressed with Dutton’s quality work, quick response, & the unit they installed thus far. I am so happy with the work they did at my house,the installers very professional , and the owners were really nice and helpful from the first time when contacted them, and they do answer phone calls every time I needed talk to them to ask questions.
Dutton HVAC was responsive and successfully resolved an ongoing issue with our downstairs AC. Turned out we had a failing AC capacitor that needed replacement. Dutton dispatched someone on a Saturday morning and the issue was resolved. Highly recommend them!
It’s a great company and wonderful people own the company. We have had them come and fix our heat in the winter and they came and also fixed the air conditioning.
We recently had lightning strike our home, and it affected our heat and air unit. Jody was sent out very promptly and was very professional!
