Kyle said he would arrive at 0800 and he did. In 5 minutes he determined that my thermostat was not getting power. In 15 minutes he fixed the problem at the furnace under the house. In 25 minutes he had a new thermostat installed and checked the AC outside. This young man really knows his craft. We will be using Dutton every year to check our hvac.
They were good listeners, and careful assessors of our situation. These understanding people went out of their way to keep us comfortable until they could completely resolve our problem. The solution was quickly available very reasonable and affordable.
