Our 20 yr old HVAC unit had been on its last leg for a couple years now. Dutton has been very pleasant to work with by keeping our old unit running until we were able to replace the unit. When I called Cotton HVAC, I told them that their was something wrong with the AC. I said it wasn’t an emergency, they said they would be out in a week; however when I got home it was 89° in the house. Needless to say I called them back an said okay it’s an emergency, this was on a Saturday, they came out that day, checked the AC unit and told me it needed a compressor, I told them to order it, he told me he would order it on Monday, which he did. It came in within a couple of days and he came out the same day and installed it,, they are very professional and did a outstanding job, ac unit works great..I was so please with Dutton HVAC, this company may be small however, they did a awesome job and I would highly recommend them to anyone..so if you’re looking for a company that cares about your AC needs this is the place to go. There was no hidden charges, honest and very professional and I’m so glad I went with them..thank you Dutton HVAC…
It’s a great company and wonderful people own the company. We have had them come and fix our heat in the winter and they came and also fixed the air conditioning.
